I can’t wait to meet you!

Speech-Language Pathologist

Jamie Burch, MA CCC-SLP

Hey there! Born and raised in Mascoutah, IL, I received my undergraduate degree at Southeast Missouri State University and attended St. Louis University to receive my master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. I have worked in pediatric private practice since 2016 and love being able to form authentic connections with each and every child I work with. I believe in celebrating progress in all of its forms and empowering and supporting parents.

I’m passionate about working with the Neurodivergent population and believe all therapy can be done through play! I like taking a child’s interests and finding ways to grow within those preferred areas. I’m an NLA (Natural Language Acquisition) Trained Clinician through Meaningful Speech and continue to stay up-to-date with new findings about Gestalt Language Processing, AAC, and ND-affirming therapy. I have spent the past few years unlearning and relearning as I listened to the Autistic Community. By listening to Autistic adults and teenagers, I have developed a better understanding of how to support each individual I see. I love working with the Autistic population and am passionate about celebrating minds of all kinds! I have experience with a broad range of communication disorders, and these varying experiences assist me in helping children of all ages to functionally communicate with others across environments.

I’m a wife and mother to 3 amazing, busy kids. I love reading, trying new recipes, having spontaneous dance parties, and playing with my kids.

I’m eager to get to know you and your family!
